We are looking for a Senior Administrative Specialist to join the Welltech team in our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Challenges you'll meet:
• Be the main person & contact point in the office for administrative & office issues (50 + people)
• Create a unique & comfortable working environment via continuous office improvements, resolving office issues & dealing with employees’ requests
• Coordination and support with implementation of office activities & company events
• Support in optimization of team’s workflows
• Support in implementation or/and improvement of company’s workplace tools
• Plan and control over office management budget, ensuring spend-benefit balance
• Develop, review and streamline administrative policies and guidelines
• Ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis:
- office supplies order
- communication with property management team
- communication with facility management vendors
- coordination of internal administrative services
- general office maintenance
• Vendor management, including but not limited to:
- tenders conduction for high priority office management categories
- building long-term strategic relationship with key vendors
- overseeing cooperation with current office management vendors


Your professional qualities:
• 2+ years of experience in Administrative positions (Office Manager/Administrator)
• English (Upper Intermediate), knowledge of Greek or Ukrainian as an advantage
• Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs
• Experience of administering task tracking tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello etc.)
• Background in arrangement of intercompany events & meetings
participation / leading of cross-functional projects
• Solid in effective writing and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills


Nice to have:
• Experience of operating of BAS/1C
• Experience of management & coordination of the team
