We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for surround sourcing and signing new payment providers. This is a combination of 'hunter' and 'farmer' roles that include scaling and developing new partners you close and maintain existing partners.

With us you will:

• Establish new relationships with 3rd party payment schemes and suppliers which are needed to expand the payment method portfolio
• Leverage industry knowledge, payments expertise, and general acumen to craft thoughtful partnership and product strategies with banks and PSP to create more value
• Negotiate new contracts
• Managing compliance requirements of payment schemes with internal departments for Risk Management, Compliance, and AML
• Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including risk, compliance, product, engineering, treasury) on the creation and execution of partnership
• Act as the primary contact for designated partners
• Responsible for coordination and monitoring of the entire partner setup


Your professional qualities:

• Understanding of the online payment industry
• Relevant work experience in the financial services industry
• Confidence working at the critical intersection of business and tech
• Cooperating and working with multiple departments and cross-functional teams
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Outgoing, high-energy, and enjoy talking with people (easy to call to partner) for the Payments team, your responsibilities will surround sourcing and signing new payment providers
